GSG Attorneys at Law may share personal data with its global business partners and other global law firms in order to provide its Clients with legal services and in order to administer its relationship with Clients or otherwise as necessary for the purposes described above, provided that Clients request GSG Attorneys at Law to do so or give consent for such transfer.

Suppliers and Services Providers: GSG Attorneys at Law transfers personal data with suppliers and service providers to enable such parties to perform functions on GSG Attorneys at Law’s behalf  in order to carry out the purposes identified above.  Limited to the aforementioned purposes, the sources of PwC entities are drawn to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the related services provided by GSG Attorneys at Law. Financial institutions: We share personal data with financial institutions in connection with invoicing and payments.

Buyer companies: If GSG Attorneys at Law is subject to transactions such as merger and acquisition, transfer of assets, transfer of services to another provider, or become insolvent, go bankrupt or become subject to liquidation procedures, to the extent permitted by law, we may share your Personal Data with a buyer or a prospective buyer company.

Mandatory disclosures and legal claims: We share personal data in order to comply with any subpoena, court order or other legal process, to comply with a request from our regulators, governmental request or any other legally enforceable demand.  We shall also transfer your personal data to establish or protect our legal rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of GSG Attorneys at Law or others, or to defend against legal claims. Personal Data are collected by GSG Attorneys at Law on the basis of the ability of GSG Attorneys at Law to fulfill its obligations arising from contracts and laws accurately and for the purposes which is relating to the litigation process, legal consultancy services, preparation of the legal reports and proposals on the other legal services, conclusion and/or fulfillment of the consultancy/service agreements through the all kinds of channels in oral, written or electronic.

Personal Data collected for these legal reasons shall be processed and transferred by GSG Attorneys at Law in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by LPPD, Personal Data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 and Article 6 of LPPD for the purposes specified herein.

Individuals’ Rights and How to Exercise Them

Individuals have certain rights related to their personal data based on the related legislation, and GSG Attorneys at Law, when it is the data controller, is responsible for fulfilling these rights. As per Article 11 of the law, the related person has the right to be informed by applying to data controller,

to learn whether his/her personal data are processed or not,

to demand for information as to if his/her personal data have been processed,

to learn the purpose of the processing of his/her personal data and whether these personal

data are used in compliance with the purpose,

to know the third parties to whom his personal data are transferred in country or abroad,

to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any,

to request the erasure or destruction of his/her personal data,

to request reporting of the operations carried out pursuant to third parties to whom his/her personal data have been transferred,

to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,

to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his/her personal data.
